How do I choose the colors for my website?

We will refer you to a color chart on the internet that displays all of the websafe colors available. You can choose the colors you would like from there.

How do I secure a domain name and webhosting services for my website?

We are partnered with a company that provides these services for our customers at very reasonable rates. Tell us what domain you would like and we will arrange it for you.

How long will it be before my website is completed and goes live on the world wide web?

Anywhere from 1 day to 3 weeks depending on how much material is included in your website and how quickly you provide us with all of that material (logo, photos, copy, paypal link, etc.)

How will people find my new website on the internet?

We will build internet search engine friendly keywords into your website. The internet search engine spiders will look for these words when someone does a search on the internet. Other than that, you are responsible for marketing your website. We will show you how to!

What if I need changes done to my website after it has gone live on the world wide web?

We will do the changes for you for a small fee (billed in increments of $60/hr. based on how long the changes took and itemized on an invoice).

How will I know that people are actually looking at my website on the internet?

We can install a site tracker on your website to monitor how many visitors are going to your website, how long they are staying on your website and what they are looking at.

What if I want to have someone else other than Rival Business Solutions manage my website files after my website is posted live to the internet?

The system that Rival Business Solutions uses to create your website is not geared towards multiple users at this time. Many customers of Rival Business Solutions have actually come our way because their website was originally set up on a system from another provider where the customer was supposed to be able to make their own changes and updates to their website. Many of the customers found that they were unable to do this due to inexperience or time constraints.

If we've created your website for you and you decide to use a different website design
company, please just let us know that you are moving on and we will graciously give you the information you need to have a different company manage your website.
